2018 Stoller Pinot Noir Rosé

Willamette Valley, Oregon

The Stoller vineyard is a 400-acre property and is the largest contiguous vineyard in Oregon’s Dundee Hills. Stoller was the first winery in the world to receive LEED Gold certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), showing that their winery is sustainably built and environmentally friendly.

This Pinot Noir Rosé has the most beautiful strawberry pink colour. It smells just like strawberries, kiwi and maybe even some watermelon. On the palate there’s some more strawberry, stone fruit and cherry. It’s balanced, bright and crushable. Its whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel.

This wine would pair perfect with a smoky BBQ dish but Rosé is extremely versatile and can just about pair with anything! I’m looking forward to bringing this to Thanksgiving Dinner. I’d also pair this beauty with Cheetos because, why not?
