Yetti & The Kokonut B'Rosé

Barossa Valley, Australia

The world has given us many dynamic duos, Batman & Robin, Sonny & Cher, the adding of Milo (basically Australian Nesquik) to milk... enter Yetti & The Kokonut.

David Geyer and Koen Janssens met in 2015 and set forth to experiment with grapes in exciting new ways, think of it as drinking outside of the box. With their feet in the vineyards and their tongues in their cheeks, a new breed of wines were created that unlike your sketchy friend, needed minimal intervention. These creations have finally escaped the laboratory and are now available for you to enjoy!

The B'Rosé is a celebration of David and Koen’s bromance. This is the perfect little summer sipper.

The blend for this wine changes every year and while we were convinced it was something different, the boys have confirmed that the 2019 is comprised of 70% Gewurztraminer, 15%, Cabernet Franc, and 15% Grenache. The varietals are vinified separately and blended together to make a wonderfully aromatic style of Rosé. Koen aka Koko aka Kokonut says: “We’ve added a new Eden Valley Gewurtz vineyard to the blend this year, which allowed us to create even more aromatics and back bone. As always, we kept the funk in this wine and in my opinion, it is the best one we’ve made (so far)!”

This wine smells like when you rip open a fresh bag of H&H Thai Dried Strawberries. It tastes like Swedish berries that have been soaked in fresh pressed blood orange juice and seasoned with tarragon. It will pair beautifully with pretty much anything that comes off the BBQ this summer!

Best served with good friends and good vibes!
